Kids Admission Quota Rules
This section is intended to communicate association guidance and policy notes relating to alumni-linked admission quota requests for children.
Eligibility and reference
Admission quota requests, if applicable, should follow the rules and limitations issued by the school administration. Alumni association membership does not automatically guarantee admission preference unless formally recognized by school policy.
Admission reservation preference
As resolved by the association, the Rules & Regulations of the admission form should include that admission reservation preference may be given to alumni who have been registered members for two consecutive years. Priority should be given to active registered members, especially those who attend and participate in association activities.
Required documentation
Applicants may be asked to provide membership identity, alumni relationship records, and any school-issued supporting documentation required during the admission cycle.
Approval scope
All quota-related approvals remain subject to school policy, seat availability, admission timelines, and verification procedures established by the institution.
