Once a Xavierite, always a Xavierite. This timeless truth reflects the enduring bond that unites every student with St. Xavier's School, Moirang. Your association with this institution does not end at graduation; it remains a lifelong relationship, woven into your identity and cherished memories.
As Oprah Winfrey aptly observed, "My school was not just a place of learning; it was a place of becoming." At St. Xavier's, students do more than acquire knowledge. They develop character, cultivate values, and gain the wisdom needed to navigate life with purpose and integrity. Here, they put down roots and build the foundation upon which their dreams can take flight.
Like a mighty tree, our alumni have grown far beyond the soil that first nurtured them. They have spread their wings and continue to shine in diverse fields and professions across the world. Yet, even as they soar to greater heights, they remain connected to their roots. They have not forgotten their alma mater, their second home, where their minds were formed, their values were shaped and their aspirations were awakened.
Every alumnus and alumna is a living ambassador of St. Xavier's. Through your life, work and service, you speak on behalf of your school. Your achievements tell the story of Xavier's far more eloquently than any words inscribed on these pages.
The founder of the Jesuits, St. Ignatius of Loyola, challenged his companions: "Go forth and set the world on fire." Our alumni have carried that flame into society through their commitment to excellence, love, and service.
